We recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to your first appointment to answer a few questions on your health history, current and past skin care, and goals.
Meet Your Esthetician
You'll partner with a highly qualified esthetician who will review your form. Your personal esthetician will be with you throughout your six sessions and beyond.
Skin Consultation
Your first session will include a 30-minute consultation to discuss your reasons for visiting, your current skin condition, and any specific areas which you'd like to address.
Understanding the facial process
Each of your six sessions includes a 30-minute facial service customized to your skin's specific needs. Here’s what you can expect from beginning to end.
Brief skin analysis
Your esthetician will perform a skin analysis on your face to determine how to customize your facial and what products are best for you. Your esthetician will also give you an overview of your skin condition and a description of your recommended options.
Hands-on service
Your facial will start with an exfoliation followed by extractions if needed and are permitted. Your esthetician will then apply a soothing mask to help cool and calm your skin. Finally, a high-frequency machine* helps to cleanse your skin of pore clogging impurities.

Finishing your session
Before you leave, you’ll receive information on your recommended skin care regimen with the Proactiv®+ 3-Step System home care products.
