Get started with membership

*Session includes 10-minutes of consultation, dressing and undressing and 50 minutes of hands on service.

**Any unused accrued sessions expire and are forfeited if not used within 60 days of membership cancellation.

Appointment Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel or schedule an appointment without charge by giving the independently owned and operated Massage Envy franchised location where you booked the service notice at least 24 hours before your appointment.


Same day cancellations of an appointment may be charged at 50% of the scheduled service price or half of one accrued but unused monthly Wellness Benefit, in the Massage Envy franchised location’s sole discretion.

If you do not call to cancel and do not show up for a scheduled appointment, the Massage Envy franchised location has the right to either charge you 100% of the scheduled service price or one accrued but unused monthly Wellness Benefit, in the Massage Envy franchised location’s sole discretion.
