Todd Schrader is Massage Envy’s Chief Operating Officer. Todd is a multi-dimensional leader with a history of success realized across diverse roles including sales, finance, marketing, and operations. He has spent his career building and inspiring teams that exceed goals through leading by example.
Todd joined Massage Envy in 2016 and has served in a variety of leadership positions at the company. Previously, Todd was Vice President of Operations. In that role, he led the field regional leadership teams and has been co-leader for the NFAB Unit-level Profitability working group, in addition to providing franchisees, their managers and the field with improved operational tools and reports.
Prior to joining the company, Todd was the Vice President of Corporate Stores for General Wireless and has served as the director of finance, sales, reporting, and marketing. Todd studied Marketing at Illinois State University and enjoys playing basketball with his identical triplet sons and hiking and traveling with his wife Amy and their five kids.
