Ongoing education to build your skills

That’s why we’ve created strategic partnerships with massage industry leaders to offer continuing education courses on topics you care about—ones that directly support the work you do every day. This is learning for the real world: understanding client needs, building vital knowledge, and discovering new ways to practice your craft more safely.
Massage therapists at Massage Envy franchised locations have access to 20+ FREE continuing education courses every year.
Massage Envy has collaborated with the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) to offer a rotating library of free continuing education courses on topics that range from ethics to understanding the massage-related implications of specific health conditions.
Estheticians at Massage Envy franchised locations have access to ongoing learning opportunities and in-depth training from leading skin care brands.
Massage Envy has collaborated with the Associated Skin Care Professionals (ASCP) to provide no-cost annual ASCP memberships to all estheticians employed at Massage Envy franchised locations. One of the many benefits of this membership include continuing Education, in which more than 100 on-demand videos on skin physiology, ingredients, treatments, modalities and more are available.
The Self-Care Commitment
This first-of-its-kind program puts self-care front and center with continuing self-care education for therapists PLUS education for franchisees and management teams to create self-care cultures.
Massage therapists can earn five free continuing education credits while learning how to better care for yourself with an overview of self-care best practices, tips on how to incorporate them into services, and how to reduce impact on your body through good body mechanics.
The Self-Care Commitment also provides managers and franchisees education on how to create a physical and social environment that empowers service providers to take care of themselves. It takes leadership committed to bringing out the best in every team member to build a strong self-care culture.
