Your membership is honored at 1,100 Massage Envy locations across the country. Traveling for business or pleasure and want to visit a Massage Envy ? For your convenience, your available membership massage(s) can be redeemed at 1,100 locations nationwide! Please note, however, that prices and services may vary by location. If you use your membership services outside of where your membership is originated, your membership will be subject to the prices charged at the clinic where you receive your service. Simply contact the clinic and ask for specific pricing and services offered to determine whether there will be any upcharge to your service. Member rates for additional services may vary by location, as well.

Please arrive at least ten minutes before your scheduled appointment time in order to ensure a full session. You may cancel your appointment without charge up to 24 hours preceding your appointment. Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. If you do not call to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged full price for the scheduled service.

You are the best source of referrals. To show appreciation, when you introduce a new member to your Massage Envy franchised location in the first 30 days of your Wellness Program, you’ll receive a 60-minute complimentary wellness massage session to be used at your franchised location. After your first month of active membership in the Wellness Program, you are eligible to receive a complimentary 30 minute upgrade for each additional member enrollment at your franchised location. Session times include up to 10 minutes of consultation and dressing, which occur pre and post service. *Void where prohibit by state law. See franchised location for additional details.
