Father's Day Terms and Conditions

THE FOLLOWING TERMS & CONDITIONS APPLY TO THE PROMOTIONAL CARD AND THIS OFFER:
1. To be eligible for offer, purchase of gift cards must be in a single transaction between May 29, 2023, and June 18, 2023, at participating locations only, while supplies last.
2.Promotional Card in its original format must be used between June 19, 2023, and December 19, 2023, or will expire with no value.
3.Offer available only in-location at Massage Envy franchised locations; not available online.
4.Promotional Card must be presented at check-in to purchase services or retail items at Massage Envy franchised locations; Promotional Card
may NOT be used for monthly payments under Membership/Wellness Agreements, gratuities, or to purchase gift cards.
5.Promotional Card is not a credit/debit card and is not redeemable or refundable for cash or credit except where required by law.
6.Promotional Card will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
7. No more than two promo cards will be issued per transaction.
8.Each location is an independently owned and operated franchise.
