Gift Card Policy

The use of a Massage Envy gift card constitutes the acceptance of the following terms and conditions:

  • Massage Envy gift cards are redeemable when presented at any Massage Envy location in the United States.
  • Massage Envy gift cards may be used to purchase any service or retail item provided by an independently owned and operated Massage Envy franchised location, in addition to gratuities for services rendered.
  • A Massage Envy gift card is not a credit/debit card and is not redeemable or refundable for cash or credit except where required by law.
  • Neither ME SPE Franchising, LLC, its affiliates, nor any of the independently owned and operated Massage Envy franchised locations are responsible for any unauthorized use of a Massage Envy gift card.
  • Lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards replaced only with a valid proof of purchase to the extent of remaining card balances. Proof of purchase is void if altered or defaced.
  • To obtain your gift card balance, you may visit any Massage Envy location near you.
  • To find the closest location, visit MassageEnvy.com.
  • Massage Envy gift cards do not have an expiration date, inactivity fees or other post-purchase fees.
