Online E-Gift Card Policy

The use of a Massage Envy online e-gift card constitutes the acceptance of the following terms and conditions:

MassageEnvy.com online e-gift cards are delivered in a downloadable and printable electronic format (PDF) and will be activated within one business day after purchase. You will be notified via email once your cards have been activated.
MassageEnvy.com online e-gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards, cannot be exchanged for a gift card in any Massage Envy Spa or applied to any order containing another gift card.
Each MassageEnvy.com online e-gift card requires a $50 minimum opening balance.
MassageEnvy.com online e-gift cards are redeemable when presented at any Massage Envy location in the United States.
MassageEnvy.com online e-gift cards may be used to purchase any service or retail item provided by a Massage Envy location, in addition to gratuities for services rendered.
Session consists of a massage or facial and time for consultation and dressing.
MassageEnvy.com online e-gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
Massage Envy is not responsible for lost, stolen or unauthorized use of online e-gift cards. Lost or stolen gift cards may be eligible for an account adjustment for any remaining balance upon presentation of original sales receipt. Receipts are void if altered or defaced.
