In certain circumstances MEF, LLC may collect certain professional or employment-related information from independently owned and operated Massage Envy® franchised location to assess Massage Envy® franchised employees’ eligibility for further employment opportunities and employment referral purposes. For example, MEF, LLC may refer an individual to an independently owned and operated Massage Envy® franchised location. MEF, LLC and/or independently owned and operated Massage Envy^®franchised locations also may collect information about you from third parties.
