As a thank-you, Members can receive a 60-minute complimentary Wellness Session to be used at the franchised location where they are a member, for each new member they refer. This includes any family add-on and Workplace Wellness Agreements. Members who purchase a Paid in Full membership have access to all of their membership massages immediately upon payment in full.

Yes! Your membership benefits will travel with you, and you can visit any Massage Envy franchised location nationwide. However, your membership contract does not travel and stays with your home location. (Rates vary by location, and additional charges may apply.)

Your Massage Envy home location is the franchised location where you entered into a contract with a local franchise owner to become a member.

Membership starts with a 12 month month membership. It will renew after the first 12 months on a monthly basis. As long as you remain an active member (i.e., your membership is not cancelled or terminated), there is no specific end date to your membership.
