Promotional Card in its original format must be used between January 2, 2024 and April 1, 2024 or will expire with no value. Promotional Card must be presented at check-in to purchase services or retail items at Massage Envy franchised locations; Promotional Card may NOT be used for monthly payments under Membership/Wellness Agreements, gratuities, or to purchase gift cards. Promotional Card is not a credit/debit card, and is not redeemable or refundable for cash or credit except where required by law. Promotional Card will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
