Terms and Conditions for Q1 2022 New Member Starter Kit

 

  • At participating locations only.
  • Promotional offer applies to new members who sign a 12-month Wellness Agreement between January 3, 2022 and March 31, 2022.
  • One promotional voucher for FREE upgrade from Customized Facial to Microderm Infusion or Chemical Peel/Exfoliation can be used to upgrade a 60-minute Customized Facial session to a Microderm Infusion or Chemical Peel/Exfoliation (instead of Customized Facial) at a Massage Envy location that offers such service. Available services vary by location. Check with location for available options.
  • Each of the three promotional vouchers for FREE enhancement: (i) can only be used on enhancement where price of enhancement does not exceed $15; and (ii) can only be redeemed in conjunction with a Customized Facial, massage, or stretch session. Enhancements do not add any additional session time but are included as part of a session. Enhancement options and rates vary by location. Check with location for list of available options.
  • Each of the four promotional vouchers:
    • is redeemable when presented at check-in;
    • can only be redeemed between April 1, 2022 and July 31, 2022;
    • can only be used by the customer who entered into the Wellness Agreement and cannot be transferred to any other individual;
    • cannot be used for monthly payments under Membership/Wellness Agreements or for gratuities; and
    • can only be redeemed if the customer is an active member, current on all monthly payments (if applicable).
  • Limit one promotional voucher redemption per transaction. Each promotional voucher cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offer, including any other promotional voucher.
  • Promotional vouchers are not credit/debit cards, have no cash value, and are not redeemable or refundable for cash or credit except where required by law.
  • Neither Massage Envy Franchising, LLC, ME SPE Franchising, LLC, and its affiliates, nor any of the independently owned and operated Massage Envy franchised locations are responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of promotional voucher.
