Abe Hong

Abe Hong is Chief Technology Officer for Massage Envy Franchising, where he leads the company’s technology strategy, digital transformation, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems. He focuses on building secure, scalable solutions that support franchisees and improve the experience for members and guests. Abe brings a collaborative, people-first leadership style and uses technology to drive business growth.

Abe joined Massage Envy with more than 25 years of experience leading global technology organizations, including extensive work with multi-site businesses across retail, hospitality, and service-based industries. He draws on leadership experience from The Joint Chiropractic, Learning Care Group, Technologent, Discount Tire, Red Rock Resorts, Starbucks, and Russell Investments.

Abe is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and served as a Captain in the U.S. Army. He is known for building high-performing teams and aligning technology strategy with business outcomes.
